Please find below a choice of accommodation options for the SLS conference. All negotiated hotel rates are now sold out so the rates shown below will no longer be available.  For availability and the best rate please contact each hotel directly.  Please also note the Campus Accommodation is fully booked so there is no further rooms available for the duration of the SLS Conference.

Campus Accommodation within the Clive Booth Postgraduate Centre

Clive Booth Postgraduate Centre, John Garne Way, Oxford, OX3 0FE

Standard student accommodation is offered at Oxford Brookes University, this is situated a 10-minute walk from the Clerici building where the conference is taking place. This hall forms part of Clive Booth Student Village complex surrounded by landscaped grounds and trees.

All rooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and towels will be provided, however toiletries will not be available so you will need to bring these along. You will have access to a kitchen which is equipped with kettle, fridge and microwave and free WIFI will be available.

Please note there is no car parking available at Oxford Brookes University, if you wish to come by car, we recommend you use the Park & Ride bus services.

The rate includes breakfast which is served each morning between 07.30 and 09.00 at the Clerici building and you are invited to a choice of one of the following options each morning along with tea/coffee.

• Sausage or bacon Bap
• Ham and cheese filled croissant or cheese and tomato filled croissant
• Fruit pot (seasonal berries and fresh mint)
• Vegan rhubarb and coconut yoghurt

Bed and Breakfast in a single room for sole occupancy is available at a cost of £65 per night.

Oxford Business Park, Garsington Road, Oxford OX4 2JT

The hotel is approximately a 12-minute drive from the Headington Campus and offers free parking to hotel guests. Facilities in each room include double or kingsize bed; Hairdryer; powerful shower; vanity area; tea & coffee facilities and free Wi-Fi.

Bed and Breakfast in a double room for sole occupancy is available at a cost of £110 per night.

The Holiday Inn Oxford is approximately a 16-minute drive from the Headington Campus and is located just off the A34. Free car parking is available to hotel residents. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a mini gym, restaurant, and bar.

Bed and Breakfast in a double room for sole occupancy is available at a cost of £119 per night.

The hotel is located in the city centre and is approximately a 15-minute drive from the Headington Campus. Facilities in each room include double or kingsize bed; hairdryer; powerful shower; vanity area; tea & coffee facilities and free Wi-Fi. Parking is not available at the hotel however there is a public car park located close by at Westgate Shopping Centre Car Park, Thames Street (OX1 1SL)

Please note, only level -1 is accessible 24 hours and is a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Height restrictions in the car park are 2 metres. Parking is really limited at Westgate, so we recommend you use Park and Ride for your journey into central Oxford.

The hotel is approximately an 18-minute drive from the Headington Campus, parking is available at an additional charge of £6.00 per 24 hours. Each room comes with a TV, trouser presses, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryers, 24-hour room service, irons and ironing boards, and workstations in every room. The hotel also has many bedrooms suitable for wheelchair access.

Bed and Breakfast in a double room for sole occupancy is available at a cost of £179 per night.

Located approximately 16 minute drive from the Headington Campus, voco Oxford Spires hotel boasts beautiful gardens and an apple orchard. Facilities available in each bedroom include free Wi-Fi; flat-screen TV; tea and coffee making facilities; laptop safe; free access to the leisure club and spa; air-conditioning. All guests receive complimentary access to the hotel’s leisure facilities (additional charges may be applicable for the Spa and treatments). Parking is available at the hotel and is charged at £20.00 per night.
