For the conference dates we have sourced several rooms at a number of colleges in Oxford within walking distance of the main conference venue.

Please see the options below which all can be booked via the registration process when you purchase your conference ticket.

Full payment for your booking must be received prior to the conference.

Payment must be made in GBP Sterling. Payments can be accepted by credit/debit card (Visa and Mastercard only) and by invoice with a strict 14-day payment term.

Christ Church College – St Aldates

117 St Aldates is a short walk from the main Christ Church site and is centrally located close to amenities.

Rate: £91.00 per room per night to include Bed & Breakfast in a Single Ensuite room.

Exeter College

Exeter College is the fourth oldest college in Oxford, and located close to all major transport links.

Rate: £95.00 per room per night to include Bed & Breakfast in a Single Ensuite room.

Distance to the Blavatnik – 0.7 miles, 15 minute walk

Worcester College: SOLD OUT

Worcester College is located in the centre of Oxford on the junction of Beaumont Street, Walton Street and Worcester Street. The college is a 2-3 minute walk from the main bus/coach station.

All ensuite rooms have complimentary wifi.
